The lady I called on Friday to reschedule my appointment as I was running a bit late was extremely rude to me. My daughter was crying in the background as she had an ear infection and she rudely telling me that she can’t hear me and when I would try to repeat she would be so annoyed and when we finally made the appointment, she just hung up on me. I think the staff should be more prepared to handle situations when there’s a crying baby as I’m sure that happens most often and it’s not in the moms control to just put them down and go to quiet room. Everyone else at the office is always so nice but this past time, it wa such a bad experience.
